Produce is locally sourced wherever possible.
Free-range eggs are courtesy of Amber, Henrietta and the rest of the Winton House chickens.
Bacon and sausages will be kindly supplied by Daisy and Gabriella from mid October, our two pigs who have been living in the orchard with the chickens.
Until then Clive Porter of Mickleton is keeping us stocked. From September apple juice, and plum jam will be available from the Orchard crop too.
Tomatoes, and fruit come from the garden when in season.
