Winton House is an historic Victorian farmhouse built in 1856. Featuring spacious, comfortable rooms, our B&B is warm and welcoming. Situated in a quiet area of outstanding natural beauty, the house overlooks Meon Hill, which is steeped in witchcraft and folklore; and is home to fallow & roe deer, and the remains of an iron-age hillfort.

Breakfast is locally sourced locally - sausage and bacon from David Moore in Mickleton, eggs from our chickens, and the garden also provides the jams, tomatoes and fruits in season.

Local Attractions

Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, Winton House is in a perfect position for Hidcote Manor Gardens, Kiftsgate Court, Ragley Hall and other National Trust properties which are all just a short drive away. There are actually nine National Trust properties within 10 miles of Winton House.

View from the Meon room

There are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities from our bed and breakfast in the Cotswolds for the more energetic. The green in front of the B&B marks one end of the Warwickshire Centenary Way. It is also on the famous Heart of England Way to Chipping Campden, and only 5 miles from Dovers Hill, the start of the Cotswolds Way. Also close at hand is the Greenway, an old railway line offering a safe route to Stratford for cyclists and walkers alike.
